We take great care to deliver only the freshest fruits and vegetables straight to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Policy
As we deal with perishable goods (fruits and vegetables), returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or spoiled products received at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for valid complaints where replacement is not possible.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
In case of cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
3. No Refund/Return Conditions
Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:
If the issue is reported after 2 hours of delivery.
If the product has been consumed or used.
If the product is fresh but rejected due to personal preference (size, color, or shape).
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them.
Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
